We've put a lot of care into this home and we want every guest to have a great experience here. A few ground rules to keep things running smoothly: The home is set up for up to 4 guests — please keep the group to those registered on the reservation. Pets are welcome! We just ask that they're listed on your reservation and kenneled when left alone in the home. Quiet hours run from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for the neighbors. This is a private residence, not an event space — no parties or gatherings beyond your registered group. The home is strictly non-smoking. We appreciate you keeping it that way. If anything gets damaged or something isn't working right, just let us know right away — we'd much rather fix it than find out at checkout. The property has a noise monitoring device that tracks decibel levels only (no audio recording) and will text guests if readings exceed neighborhood guidelines.
